Ultrason

V=λ.f
C)Ses dalgaları farklı ortamlarda farklı
hızlarla yayılır. Bu hız iletici ortamın
Komplesibilite (sıkıştırılabilme) ve dansite
gibi fiziksel özelliklerine bağlı olup iletici
ortamın sıkıştırılabilmesi ile ters orantılıdır.
D) USG cihazlarında kullanılan ses
dalgalarının frekansı 0.75-10 MHz
arasındadır.
Bunlar;
1.Real-time görüntüleme
2.Doppler ultrasonografi
Ultrasonografik görüntü, geriye dönen
ekolardan oluşturulan verilerin elektronik
olarak temsil edilmesi ve bir tv monitöründe
gösterilmesidir.

Why are we using different imaging systems?
2. Cost efficiency
• Most of the time, the best solution is the most convinient one.
• The doctor should not allow medical images to be taken unless they are
sure that it will not harm the patient.

Ultrasound
Why ultrasound?
Ultrasound is very safe for adult and fetus,
X-ray is very dangerous for the pregnant woman, the
fetus and the child because of the changes it causes in
the genetic material.
Features of ultrasound:
While normal sound waves propagate in all Ultrasound
probe
directions,
Ultrasound waves propagate in the shape of a pen
Ultrasound waves are reflected and refracted on the
surfaces separating the two media.

Ultrasound is a very high frequency sound
wave that the human ear cannot hear.
V=λ.f
C) Sound waves propagate at different speeds in
different environments. This speed depends on the
physical properties of the conductive medium such as
compactness and density and is inversely
proportional to the compressibility of the conductive
medium.
D) The frequency of sound waves used in
USG devices is between 0.75-10 MHz.
These;
1.Real-time viewing
2.Doppler ultrasonography
An ultrasonographic image is an
electronic representation of data generated
from returning echoes and displayed on a
TV monitor.
