JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, MIKE RHIAN V. RESURRECCION and MICHAELLAH V.

RESURRECCION, both of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of Brgy. 26,
Salpad Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:
1. We are the biological children of MICHEL C. RESURRECCION and MARIA
BEATRICE V. RESURRECCION;

2. On August 16, 2022 in Brgy. Peralta, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, at

the residence of our biological father, Michel, we were there present,
together with our biological mother, Maria Beatrice for a conference
regarding our custody;

3. Jesannie K. Gay-ya of MSWDO – Dingras, PSSG Rowena Quintero of PNP

Dingras, Eufrecina G. Villastique and Archelie Resurreccion were also
present at that time;

4. Relevantly, our mother, Maria Beatrice, was intimidated and threatened

to sign a document stating that our two (2) year old sibling, Mike
Rhonsen Resurreccion, will be placed in the custody of my mother during
her vacation from abroad for one (1) month only and thereafter shall be
given back to our father, Michel;

5. Further, it was stated in the agreement that, our mother is only allowed
to borrow us, Mike Rhian and Michaella, including our sister, Marchela
Resurrecrion, from our father every Friday afternoon until Sunday
afternoon only;

6. Likewise, it was stated in the agreement that, any violation of the said
conditions shall allow the MSWDO-Dingras and PNP-Dingras to fetch us
from our mother’s custody;

7. We know for a fact that in order for her to spend more time with us
during her vacation, our mother, Maria Beatrice V. Resurrecion, went as
far as signing the agreement, despite that the said agreement disheartens
her;

8. We have personal knowledge based on facts and circumstances that our

mother was only threatened and intimidated to sign the said agreement
and that she had no intention of relinquishing her rights over our custody
to our biological father, Michel C. Resurreccion;
 9. We are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the
foregoing as to what has transpired on August 16, 2022;

10. This Affidavit is likewise executed for all legal intents and purposes;
