For my personal media profile, I will choose three different types of people from the target
audience. This will be people like employees, universities and even my teacher. My target
audience such as an employee will want to see my profile because it will include my CV and
my qualifications to see if I’m qualified to take the role of a job, the technical level of an
employee will be high, but they may find difficulty trying to find my profile online, in this
case they would probably prefer documentations. The device that an employee would
typically use to access my media profile would be a standard desktop so that all the
website’s features are used properly. An employee will also want to see my motivations and
achievements so they can see if am going to be suitable and efficient. They could also find
my contact details a necessity so they can contact me in some way.
Another part of my target audience would be a university, they would want to see my
profile so that they can get a more detailed and further understanding of me as well as my
qualifications in education, they will also be able to see all the previous work that I have
done in years 12 and 13. The university will also have a decent ability level but could also
struggle to find my profile online, they will too use a computer like device when accessing
the profile so all features are correctly utilised. Universities will also want to see my
achievements and what I have gained as a person throughout my whole school life, they will
want to see this because it will determine whether I will be a good part and student at the
university or not. They could also find my contact details a necessity so they can contact me
in some way.
Lastly my teachers will want to see my profile as they are very technical, and they will be
able to guide me and tell me which improvements I need to make, furthermore they have
experience with creating media profiles so they will have a great understanding with the
standard of my work. My teachers will also have a very good ability level and will most likely
not have any trouble trying to find my profile and they will access it through any device such
as a desktop computer and even a mobile phone. My teachers will want to see everything
on my media profile such as my qualifications, examples of my work, achievements,
motivations, contact details and more. They will want to see all of this because it will reflect
me as a student and the information will all be crucial in order to communicate with me
though messages on devices such as a phone.
