Summative Assessment
Long Quiz
Ask the students to download the file: Long Quiz - 1st Quarter English stored in
the google drive. Link will be provided for students’ access. The students will then
answer the questions of the given long quiz. Instruct the class to submit their output
to the google classroom. Set the deadline of submission.
(NOTE: Think of how you will evaluate student learning at the end of the quarter.
Summative assessment is performed at the end of a unit that allows a teacher to
measure a student's understanding, typically against standardized criteria.
Summative assessments are often high stakes, which means that they have a
high point value. Examples of summative assessments include: a midterm exam.
a final project.)
