Motivating workforce
Most employees claim that they saw an opportunity not only to grow but to also learn
while working for Netflix. Netflix also creates total motivation by minimizing pressures either
financial or economic pressures. It ensures that there is purpose in the work that their employees
do. The purpose is felt when the outcome of their work fits their identity. This ensures employees
work since they do value their work’s impact, (McGregor & Doshi, 2015). This helps improve
The success of netflix is driven by Fredom responsibility because it drives the empolyees
to be biug risk takers as one of their employees stated. This gives one the space to put into trials
ideas that theyu feel are very important and since no one will be there to limit their potential,
(Carney & Getz, 2018). Freedom responsibility brings about intrinsic motivation which is
regarded as the best kind of motivation. Netflix encourages new ideas form employees despite
them being new in the organization. Netflix helps in maximizing the potential felt by the
employees.
Google offers a great atmosphere and environmentfor the employees. Google encourages
their employees not to be afraid to fail. Placing very few limitations on where you mind can be.
This helps increase creativity. Employees at google are encouraged to ask wuestoins so as to
seek clarity in whatever matter. Encouraging team work is a method google has used to motivate
its worers. They also give the freedom to work on any ideas and or proects of choice. The

I agree that both organizations have done quite a huge tast to motivate the employees. and
the two organizations trust their workers to be beneficial, imaginative, and high entertainers and
albeit these representatives have numerous advantages given to them, in the event that they are
taken benefit of then I am certain they would not be utilized by these organizations for seemingly
forever, (Judge, 2012). Motivation of employes keeps them wanting to work for the organization
for so long.

Google has been perceived as quite possibly the most pursued organization to work for.
Google puts a solid spotlight on keeping all representatives glad and loose, while as yet
representatives a casual work environment that incorporates conveniences, for example, bowling
alleys, food, rub salons, computer games. Google considers its representatives as its greatest
resources, confides in them and guarantees they are happy with their boss. When google does all
this to its empolyees they feel relaxed and look forward to another working day improving their
work output
