Tandal Garcines, School Registrar of Internacional Colegio De Tecnologia, of legal
age, Filipino, Married and wih address at Purok-1, Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga
Sibugay. To be our true and lawful attorney, for us and our name, place and stead, to
perform the following acts and things, to wit:
