To Whom It May Concern:

I am pleased to write in support of Kenadee Marry. Kenadee is an exceptional teacher with a gift
for engaging students in the process of learning! She is currently employed as a full-time third
grade teacher at Morenci Area Schools.

As Kenadee’s Language Arts Program Advisor it has been my privilege to learn with her over
the past several years. She has an in-depth understanding of language arts – reading, writing,
speaking, listening, viewing, and visually representing. With her background being in Language
Arts, Kenadee is conscious of the importance of incorporating literacy learning throughout the
day. She brings creative and innovative ideas to each learning experience, as well as
incorporates various learning styles and multiple intelligences. She is conscious of the learning
differences of her students and plans accordingly.

Thinking about Kenadee and the qualities that define an exceptional teacher, two things that
come to mind are her ability to connect with learners and her genuine concern for meeting the
needs of all students. Kenadee is a talented young lady with a desire to continue learning, so that
she might share that love of learning with her students. I am confident she will make significant
contributions to the field of education in whatever district is lucky enough to hire her!
