Elementary school as a fourth-grade teacher. I have served as her administrator for the past two years. Her
knowledge, experiences, and passion for working with students were among the things that lead me to hire her.

Ms. Huynh started working at Diamond in the 2021-2022 school year. It was the first year back to in-person
learning at our district and she embraced the position with a positive attitude. She is always organized and
well-prepared for each class. She sets exceptional high standards and expectations for every student. She is a
passionate educator who gives students many opportunities for hands-on learning as well. Lynna also works
collaboratively with her colleagues to support students and plan core instruction and grade level activities.

Ms. Huynh is self-motivated, dependable, and flexible. She is always composed and professional. Her ability to
integrate the latest technology into instruction is commendable. As a well-liked and respected educator, Lynna
attends district development trainings and organized and facilitated an after school tutoring program. She has
developed great relationships with her students.

Ms. Huynh has many strengths that would make her an asset to any staff. She is dedicated, professional, and
highly organized. I highly recommend Ms. Huynh for a position in your organization. She would be a great
