    Dear,

    We the Gakusei Jichikai, the student council of Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku, would like to request your
    approval for the use of the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) and 3 classrooms located on the 4th floor for our
    upcoming meetings.

    Specifically, we would like to use the AVR and the 3 classrooms for the overall meeting for the Mindanao
    Kokusai Daigaku Intramurals 2023, as well as for meetings per cluster that will be held this Wednesday,
    March 29.

    We believe that the AVR and classrooms are the ideal venues for these meetings, for they are equipped
    with the necessary facilities to accommodate the students and ensure that the meetings run
    accordingly.

    We assure you that we will take full responsibility for the use of the facilities and ensure that they are
    left in the same condition as we found them.
