A. MOTIVATION

Let’s have a PICNIC GAME called


“Noun Hunt”

Last time we learn that nouns is a


name of a person, a place, an
animal and a thing. We also found
out that this noun can be common
noun and proper noun.

Now in our first game called


“Noun Hunt “we need to look for
persons, place, animal and things
you see in the given picture
(teacher will show a picture)

Are you ready to play kids?

I spy a boy.
Do you see it kids? Yes ma’am

picture kids?

Very Good there is only one boy in


the picture.

I spy a bench.

Do you see it kids? Yes ma’am

Yes, there are 2


Let’s look at the other things in
the picture

I spy a flower.

Do you see it kids? Yes ma’am

How many flowers do you seen in 5


the picture kids?

That’s right there are 5 flowers in


the picture.

Lastly, I spy a tree

Do you see it kids? Yes ma’am

Is there any another tree you see No, ma’am


in the picture kids?

Good there is only one tree in the


picture.

So, the words are boy, benches,


flowers, and tree.

So, what did you observe with There are “s” and “es” at the end of the

Very good, we added “s”to flower


making it flowers, and we added
“es”to bench to make it benches.

D. GENERALIZATION

The easiest way to tell if a noun is


singular noun or plural noun is to look at
how much of something if it is referring

to one person or thing. It is a singular


noun. If it is referring to more than one
person or thing, it is a plural.

Again, class if we are referring to one Singular, ma’am
