- Closed incomer breaker from DG – OK

- Connect External socket with DG – OK
- Simulated the main power failure opening the DG incomer – OK
- Check the Phase sequence in the Incomer Breaker Q2 incomer to from external Socket – OK
- Check the input voltage(P-P & P-N) in the Breaker Q2 – OK
- Check the input voltage(P-P & P-N) in the Breaker Q2 – OK
- Close the breaker Q2-OK in manual mode – OK
- Close breaker Q8 230V AC UPS – OK
- Close the breaker RICB UPS Input – OK
- Check the Main ok in display-OK
- Close the Breaker ROCB UPS Output – OK
- Check the polarity of BCB breaker and close the breaker BCB– OK
- Press and Hold MANUAL VOLTAGE REGULATION CPSC button for 5 Sec – OK
- Close the input of Invertor ICB INVERTER INPUT – OK
- Close the EMERGENCY LINE INPUT ELCB – OK
- Close SBCB STATIC SWITCH INPUT – OK
- Close OCB UPS OUTPUT – OK
- Close the QGD INCOMMING DISTRIBUTION – OK
- Check all values and reading the reading in UPS Panel – OK
- Close the distribution auxiliary breaker Q52.1 AUXILLARY LV SWITCH GEAR – OK
- Close the distribution s auxiliary breaker Q52.5ASP1 F&G – OK
- Close the distribution auxiliary breaker Q52.4 ASP1 LIGHT – OK
- Close Q7 auxiliary panel and HVAC – OK
- Close the MAIN FEEDER 400 AC FROM ASP1 – OK
- Close the MINIMUM Voltage Relay QF10C – OK
- Close BATTERY ROOM EXPRACTOR FAN A , B QF7A & QF7D – OK
- Close IG13 C F&G INPUT FEEDER FROM UPS – OK
- Close MINIMUM Voltage Relay QF10C – OK
- Switched on F&G panel BY Close AA00A BREAKER – OK
- Close QF13 C UNIT F&G – OK
- Close QF 13 F FIRE FIGHTING CONTROL – OK
- Close IG .1C MAIN SWITCH– OK
- Close AUXILLARY BREAKER 230V AC QF2A – OK
- Close AUXILLARY BREAKER 24 V AC QF2C – OK

- Simulation FAUL of detector. Has been removed detector and noted alarm appeared on F&G
panel screen. After reinstalled the detector in base alarm has been cancelled-OK
- Simulation of alarm opening the door of telecom room. Sound & visual alarm appeared in
screen of F&G panel. Test –OK.
- Simulation of batteries FAULT disconnecting the F&G local batteries. Alarm appeared in screen
of F&G panel. After re-connect batteries alarm canceled. Test – OK
- Close LIGHT MAIN BREAKER IG10D – OK
- Close LIGHT ELECTRICAL ROOM QF-11B – OK
- Close LIGHT TRANSFORMER QF11D – OK
- Close LIGHT TRANSFORMER ROOM QF12C – OK
- Close OUTDOOR LIGHT QF8A – OK
- Close Breaker of incomer switch gear Q16 to Q35 in series– OK
- Check the reading on display – OK
- Move the Q2 breaker in auto mode – OK
- Close SOLENOID for A& B QF4C & QF6C – OK
- Close CRANKCASE for A& B QF4E & QF6E – OK
- Close COMPRESSOR for A& B QF 3B & QF5B – OK
- Close CONDENSOR FAN for A & B QF 4A & QF6A – OK
- Close Auxiliary breaker HVAC C & D i.e. QF3A & QF5A – OK
- Close SOLENOID for C& D QF-4C & QF-6C – OK
- Close CRANKCASE for C& D QF-4A & QF-6A – OK
- Close COMPRESSOR for C& D QF-3B & QF-5B – OK
- Close CONDENSOR FAN for C& D – OK
- EVAPORATOR FAN HVAC C QF-3D & QF-5D – OK
- CONDENSOR FAN HVAC C QF-4A & QF-6A – OK
- SOLENOID HVAC C QF-4C & QF-6C – OK
- CRANKCASE HEATER HVAC C QF-4E & QF-6E – OK
- SWITCH ON HVAC A &B AND HVAC C & D RESPECTIVELY AND CHECK THE TEMPERATURE IN
DISPLAY-OK
- Simulate and show alarm HP and LP in all HVAC.
- Press EXNCP for CO2 gas release.
- Press button EXTPB to emergency Push Button.
- Shut Down All Breakers in Series.
- At end of all mentioned tests power supply from generator switched OFF, DG stopped and
substation shelter doors closed.
