Overview
This module is designed for you to make your home-based learning in EPP
interesting and meaningful as we care for your safety and well-being.
This Unit is about you and how to take care of yourself. Taking care of yourself
means keeping yourself well-groomed and attractive. This is important if you want to
feel confident and be admired and accepted by others, your friend, your classmates, and
your family. This unit will help you do that.
The tests that you will answer will help you determine your knowledge before,
during and after the different lessons.

Let’s Begin
Good Day!

A wise pupil once said about sewing, “I do not like sewing but if I put my
interest and time into it, I can learn it fast and easy”. Indeed, these are wise
words from a Grade 4 pupil. When you create interest even in something you
hate to do, learning becomes easy and fun. This should be the right attitude and
right thinking in anything and everything you do whether in your studies or in
homemaking tasks.
