Many people claim that medical system should be without charge for the citizens. It is true that
people will enjoy the free healthcare system. However, there are some drawbacks beside its benefits
such as overwhelming government budgets and long wait time for the elective procedures.

Firstly, having a free healthcare system will remove some of the families financial burden because the
price of examination will be lower and citizens will pay through taxes. Moreover, people have more
courage to go to the hospital when they went ills. Nevertheless, there are some seriously ill cases will
cost a lot of money to cure such as cancer, heart diseases,… Furthermore, the government budget
don’t have enough money to pay for the doctors salaries so the hospital will eliminate the cases which

 has low probility of success.
