We have reviewed the submitted Method Statement and would like to advise you of the following; ITEM 1.1 Purpose ‘* Please confirm that this is as advised by the Designer and specify the final required level of Compaction. ITEM 1.2 Scope of Work + The Project Specification, Design Drawings, and Quality plans are yet to be submitted, please confirm these will be in compliance with the requirements. ITEM 2: Roles and Responsibilities ‘+ Please provide roles and responsibilities of sub-contractor personals, if any, performing the Job at site, ITEM 3.3 References * Provide relevant specific references of QCS-2014 related to the subject work. ITEM 4.2: Plant and Equipment * Please provide details of High Energy Impact Roller Compactor: Weight? , type (3 sided, 4 sided or 5 sided), Mass falling Height? Provision of vibration i.e. Low amplitude /High Frequency or High amplitude /low frequency, etc. ‘* What is the soil type and condition soil saturation? Please attach check sheet for Surveyor. It shall be signed by the JEC surveyor, Construction Manager, and QA/QC Engineer. ‘The Check sheet should bear a specific document control number at the footer.
