    Reduce Hazards
    1. Pre job safety meeting Personal injury Review operating procedure
    2. Check air hoist condition, wire is in Wire breaks or jams on drum. Always check your equipment.
    good condition and spooled correctly.
    3. Slack off air hoist and hook on to load. Winch wire hangs up in derrick. Hold wire when slacking off. Use tag line.

    4. Lift casing. Pinch, caught between. Make sure crew are clear of load.

    5. Move casing to new position. Pinch caught between. Use tag line if out of sight use radio or banks
    man.
    6. Secure air hoist. Could get caught on top drive. Never leave air hoist with slack line secure it.

    List below the personal protective equipment, Special tools and other safety equipment required to do this Job
    Hand gloves / safety glass / helmet & boots.
