    DEAR CAROL,

    As a student, I am looking for this sort of position in which I can gain important
    experience whilst being able to complete my studies.

    I believe I would be a good fit for this job as I have had experience in the marketing and
    promotion of music. I have released a single in which I focused a lot of my time into
    effectively promoting the song, through making EPK’s and marketing strategies. I have
    also had experience in marketing and promoting different live events in the Glasgow
    area, to which both had great turn outs and made decent profits. I am currently working
    with several different artists to help them with the promotion of their new albums, in
    which I will create different marketing and promotional strategies, to ensure their
    albums are getting a high volume of views.

    I currently work as an Administrative Assistant for J&H Transport (Scotland) Ltd. I am


    responsible for creating customer invoices, filing job sheets and emailing customers
    which shows that I am a trustworthy person. I always turn up to work on time and come
    in with a positive mindset. This shows that I am a good timekeeper, I am reliable and that
    I am motivated. With this job I have been able to improve my communication skills and
    computing skills.
