WORK EXPERIENCE:

I am a part of Implementation team where we build Salesforce for Internal users and Salesforce community
Portal for external users. My current project AMS-COOL is for Agriculture Marketing Services (AMS) that is
currently focussing on Country-of-Origin Labeling (COOL) under USDA governance.

In USDA (Dept. of Agriculture) we implemented community cloud for Country-of-Origin labeling project.
We built a community portal for internal and external users. The portal was used to create batches for
review, gather review reports for USDA review, create non-compliance reports and messages and invoice
processing. For external users we created an external facing portal where the customers could launch
feedback & complaints and review complaints feedback.

 Configured Salesforce functionalities to enhance performance of business process by Create Page Layouts, Apps, configured
lookup and master-detail relationships, picklist, and field dependency on custom objects.
 Created Workflow Rules/Process Builder/Flow to automate Tasks, Email Alerts, Field Updates, time-dependent actions, and
Outbound API Messages.
 Created and used Email templates in HTML and Visual Force.
 Responsible for all the activities related to configuring Data Loader, uploading data in CSV files into Confidential, checking
for the correctness of the data.
 User Management: Roles, Profile, Permission Set Management, Queues and Public Groups.
 Azure DevOps used for Agile Project Management: We follow Agile methodology that allows teams to independently work
on features. This resulted in higher development productivity and lower number of regression issues.

online training classes for auto mechanics. We integrated Salesforce with Schedulo and Docebo for
scheduling and hosting training materials.

 Gathered Business Requirements from business users and implemented reporting in Salesforce.
 Built Custom Reports, Dashboards and List Views for users and user groups on day-to-day basis.
