Overall Comment
The Hotel only focus on the Brunch guests which probably responsible for the increased number of COVID cases. Pool area getting transferred into restaurant
space umbrellas from the pool removed to Bar area ensure the people can drink more. This is completely un-responsible. Where are the 30% to 40% occupancy
restrictions for indoor and outdoor restaurants. Hotel Staff correctly removed people from the gym when more people than allowed been there. But why the
Hotel implement different ways of implementing? The loose Interpretationen of the Corona rule for the Brunch may one reason why steam, sauna etc. have to be
shut down again what only affects quiet and respectful people which not flush the amount of money into the Hotel as the loud, drunken partially disrespectful to
lady’s Brunch guests. Further the Main Chef in the Club Lounge are very disrespectful in ignoring the guests. Once I be sitting with another guest and they pushed
a ugly smelling trolley into the lounge and loudly removed the remaining food and dishes. The comment of my colleague (an guest of your Hotel) to respect our
conversation and be less noisy he simply ignored. In room dining: When I be 10 min late for dinner everything is removed (no problem with this) I ordered in room
dining. First the tray smells Thant you don’t want to eat at all which would have been the better option considering the quality of the ceasers salad. I ask for
shrimp to be added which around the world are grilled and not row. With chicken is the same. Correct? The salad contains just defrosted shrimp hence the entire

Wine for Christmas Day and New Year everything worked fine. I only did not understand why the housekeeping removed the wineglass with the bottle only half
empty? Am I known for stealing Hotel belongings? Finally valet parking. At evenings it’s a desaster. Cars getting parked on the driveway to the carpark and
driveways between the parking bays that nobody who parks the car himself can safely get to there. The way this people from valet parking driving, everyone
should park the car himself. I‘m sorry to say I driving fast but on the way to the upper deck one a valet driver with an BMW M5 tried to overtake me on the ramp
almost crashing into me. Even during reversing into the parking bay he pressed the throttle like on the Formula 1 starting grid. Talking to him advising that this is
not his car was not very fruitful. This is not the only time I experienced this. With 4x4‘ they speeding over the speed breaker as no carpenter would do. Positive,
the gentleman from the morning shift offered great help when my battery was flat to get the car up and running. I really appreciated this. Finally, the team let me
run into the ministry of health guy checking people using mask or not. I not denying that I should not have forgotten the mask. It’s completely my fault. But when
your team know this people in the Hotel and they see me without mask on the way to outdoor sport they should have told me and not happily watching me
getting myself last warning. I talk about Hotelmanagement member. This would show more than word that I really welcome in the Westin Doha Hotel & Spa.

10 Ahmed RPVL 4 1 POSITIVE: The very private pool is superb and the space is to the liking NEGATIVE: The breakfast is very poor. The place needs one of the employees to tell you
some information about the villa, for example, the ceiling, the swimming pool opens and closes, and we don’t know.

FPVL Abdulla Issa Alsultan; Many guests were seen moving in to FPVL on 05.02.21 late night, since Mr. Alsultan didn’t respond to our calls, we went to the villa,
and explained to him that the gathering of guests in the villa was more than what has been advised to us from the Ministry, so we requested him to maintain a
maximum of 5- 6 occupants as he was celebrating his birthday. Since, he said his guests would leave only around early morning, we convinced him to take one more
Villa, which he agreed to. And, one of the guests in Villa 5 Mr. Jassim Abdulqader is staying in suite M30.
