I am writing to you to outstandingly recommend Justin Teth. I have had the honor of being Justin’s Senior
English teacher at Nova Academy Early College High School-Santa Ana for the past year. Justin is without a
doubt a high-achieving and high performing student. Justin is the type of student we hardly see anymore when it
comes to caring about her academics, future, and others.

In terms of his academics, Justin has consistently worked treacherously for my classes. Not only does he
adamantly care about his future, but he is always respectful, willing to do the work and activities, and work with
anyone I put him with. This nature is rare these days in students. Not only is he involved in my class, he has
been like this since his freshman year in every class. He is sixth in his class at NOVA and well-liked by all
teachers and staff. Besides his high school classes, Justin has taken college courses at Santa Ana College since
his freshman year, and received A’s in all of them.

Besides Justin’s academic keenness, Justin has routinely and consistently been involved in volunteering
opportunities and various organizations. He is a mental health advocate involved in our partnership with Latino
Health Access. He helps students at our school in moments of crisis and stress using special training provided
by Latino Health Access. This has helped him earn his certificate in crisis management. He also volunteers at
various NOVA Academy events, helping to promote and engage in the community as an Ambassador. Outside
of school, Justin engages in athletics and nutritional interests.

As with everything else, I have no doubt that Justin will excel in his pursuit of optometry. You will not be
disappointed in investing in a person like Justin Teth. Please accept my recommendation. I thank you for your
