1. Đối với Bơm Diesel và Jockey/ Diesel and Jokey Pump

 Bơm Diesel và Jokey hoạt động bình thường/ Diesel Pump and Jockey Pump is working
normally.
 Mức dầu nhiên liệu đang dưới ½ bồn, nhà máy OSBD cần châm thêm dầu DO lên trên 2/3
bồn./ The fuel level below ½ tank. OSBD need to fill DO up to 2/3 tank ASAP.
 Ống mềm ống xả động cơ diesel bị rách, đề nghị nhà máy OSBD sửa chữa hoặc thay mới/ The
Exhaust flexible pipe to be broken, OSBD factory need to repair or change new one.
 Kiểm tra thường xuyên các thông số của hệ thống bơm chữa cháy như: mức nhớt, mức nước làm
mát, mức axit của bình ắc quy, bồn dầu phải duy trì 2/3 bồn
Regular inspection at the fire pumps system such as: lubricant, coolant lever, electrolyte of
battery lever, fuel must be up to 2/3 tank.
 Trong qua trình bơm chạy cần theo dõi thường xuyên các thông số như: áp lực dầu bôi trơn, áp
lực nước làm mát, điện áp ắc quy, áp lực đầu đẩy của bơm,.....
Regular inspection: oil pressure, coolant temperature, cooling water pressure, battery voltage,
pressure of discharge during running.
 Chạy kiểm tra hàng tuần 30 phút.
Weekly test: minimum 30 min per week.
 Nhà máy OSBD cần thay thế phụ tùng chính hãng cho động cơ diesel và bơm chữa cháy theo
khuyến cáo của nhà sản xuất và quy định của NFPA25, QCVN02:2020/BCA.
OSBD need to replace the genuire spare parts to engine ang fire pump follow manufacturer’s
recommendation, NFPA25 standard and QCVN02:2020/BCA standard.
 Vui lòng tắt bơm ngay khi nghe thấy có tiếng động hay độ rung bất thường, gọi cho phòng dịch
vụ TKS service@thaikhuongpump.com để được hướng dẫn kiểm tra.

2. Bơm điện/ Electric Pump

 Bơm điện hoạt động bình thường/ Electric Pump is working normally.
 Kiểm tra thường xuyên các thông số của hệ thống bơm chữa cháy như: nhiệt độ của phớt làm kín
và ổ bi.
Regular inspection at the fire pumps system such as: temperature of packing and bearing
 Chạy kiểm tra hàng tuần 10 phút./ Weekly test: minimum 10 min per week.
 Vui lòng tắt bơm ngay khi nghe thấy có tiếng động hay độ rung bất thường, liên hệ cho phòng dịch
vụ service@thaikhuongpump.com để được hướng dẫn kiểm tra.
