a. Verbal Instruction from the Internship Coordinator,and

Team Leader

2. In connection with the above stated subject and references, the following
activities have transpired:

APRIL 13 2023

On APRIL 13 2023 at 0720H, we assembled in the Valley Ball Court for the
formation and inspection of Our uniform, mustache, beard, finger nails and
handkerchief, belt, haircut, socks and shoes. And after that our team leader give us some
instructions about our designated post and what we are doing to do while on duty.

At about 0735H, we gathered in the CAFNR Line together with my Co platoon

and Immediately told by saying good morning ma'am and sir.

At about 0930H, i observed that one vendor did not allowed to salling in the right side
of CCS building because sir marquita said that thise is the parking area not to salling
food.
 At about 1130H, our team leader told to go back in the valley ball court to checking
the attendance and saying go back at the afternoon.

At about 1300H, we go back at designated posting area to observed the proper

parking og motorcycle and car.

At about 1700H, Our team leader was gathered in the infront of Gemnaturiom for
the formation and checking the attendance and after that our team Leader dismis us
and told us to go home and come for the next duty.
