 INTRODUCTION
Tribalace is a bracelet, keychain, and anklet made of various types of shoelaces with

unique concepts and tribal designs. It is made from recycled material that is 100 percent

biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Furthermore, this creates a high-quality, artistic,

and fashionable tribal shoelace for individuals at affordable rates. This company is not only here

to make money but also aims to help solve plastic pollution in our world by providing unique

Eco-friendly products that help to eradicate plastic pollution.

The Target Customers of Tribalace are the millennial that are passionate, wants to keep

up with the trends, and those culture lover. The age bracket of the target customers ranges from

15 years old up to 50 years of age. Tribalace is a pre-order located at STI College and Florida

Kita-Kita STI Gym of San Jose City. The Tribalace Company earned over ₱1820 within 3 days

of launch. The business is run by the CEO Apple P. Baltazar, COO Rovin Joshua E. Espinas,

CFO Jonathan L. Cosilet, Secretary Maevel N. Layag, and Manager Rizza Mae S. Matias.

REFLECTION
Apple P. Baltazar

As a leader, it's challenging for me to communicate with my teammates especially when

considering the epidemic we're dealing with. They are not always allowed to meet to do or

discuss the activities for our expo and business plan. It was difficult for me, but it was made

much easier by seeing how much my teammates were willing to assist me. I saw that they didn’t

let our project just be ok; imprinted in our minds the word "everything should be done". I saw

how eager they were to do this thing that even if one of them couldn't go, they were willing to

help it. Because of expo, I've had the opportunity to arrange various things. Orienting clients, co-
computing products, determining if they would be successful in the business, and

comprehensively analysing to maximize return on investment. It was one of those remarkable

occasions that I will never forget. Our efforts have been rewarded. Teachers recognized our

company's name and congratulated us for our gorgeous and organized work.

Jonathan L. Cosilet

My experiences while we are making our products and to make it done are such memorable

moments that I will cherish, we did not just make the products but we bond as well, had laughter,

and shared everyone's stories in life. And therefore, I could tell that we are comfortable with each

other, we are not just a group but we developed a friendship, and so we could perform well.

During the time that we are in the process of making our products, I saw each of us the

willingness to cooperate and share the ideas to make the products even better. We helped

everyone and we did not let our other group mates in difficulties.

Rovin Joshua E. Espinas

During the exposition, we built a booth. Before we went there, I planned what our booth

would look like. I was nervous because I could see everything we could buy and we would

compete with the buyers. When the programme started, I was surprised because there were so

many people in our booth that so many people immediately ran out of our merchandise and it

was less than 10 minutes. I'm thankful because I don't expect people to approach our product that

way, and most of all, I don't expect it to be a "pull award" because almost all of the major awards
were won by our group. It's an experience that I will never forget, because once in my life I did

business.

Maevel N. Layag

This expo has taught me that it is a hassle of having a business but the expo made me realize

that having a business is fun not only for money but also for us to be more patient with our

customers and to be nice to all of the customers. I learned a lot experience at the expo I learned

how to manage the business and how to participate as a group and as a person in our company.

Learned about all the things that I didn’t know how to, do on my own. I have a lot of experience

not just in business plan but in making friends and making a lot of memories. We trust each other

and we shared ideas. I have learned that no matter how hard and how much you process and no

matter how much effort you put in it is so worth it the outcome.

Rizza Mae S. Matias

My experience during the expo was very enjoyable because I saw the teamwork of our

group not only in making our products but also in making our booth. I saw the cooperation of

everyone, so the result of our booth was really good. We all worked together to make our booth

nice and beautiful because of our teamwork, we received our group of awards which was a

pleasure because it rewarded all our hard work in doing it.

I believe one of the many reasons why we successfully overcome the expo was because

we believed in everyone's abilities and capabilities, and we welcomed each of us gratefully. We

can feel the connection with everyone and I didn't doubt that our expo was going to be

successful, and yes we made it successfully.
