This RA is a template of general hazards and control measures which will need to be adapted to your specific site visit.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (SEE TASK-SPECIFIC RISK ASSESSMENT FOR GENERAL REQUIREMENTS)
PPE requirements are as required via the task specific assessment. List additional requirements relating to management of COVID-19 risk only (which must be used IN ADDITION to the general requirements):

LIKELIHOOD (L) L = Certain (5) - High (4) - Moderate (3) - Low (2) - Unlikely (1) Note - likelihood should be relatively low with controls in place

SEVERITY (S) S = Fatality (5) - Serious (4) - Moderate (3) - Low (2) - Minor (1)
RISK (R) R = LIKELIHOOD x SEVERITY
Hierarchy of Controls - Eliminate - Reduce - Isolate - Control - PPE - Behaviour
The measures below address the potential residual risks associated with site works and mitigating these against the Government and Health Authority guidance. They do not address the risk of infection itself, which should always refer back to
the UK Government and NHS advice. At risk personnel should be considered in line with the UK Government guidance and assessment concluded prior to deployment.
