    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

    For the month of November 1-30,2022

    The undersigned Job Order employee of the Local Government Unit of Daraga under Municipal Social
    Welfare and Development Office assigned at San Vincente Grande Child Development Center hereby
    accomplished the developing task:

    1. Attended flag raising ceremony every Monday.

    2. Assisted the Child Development Worker in teaching the new set of day care

    Children batch 2022-2023.

    3. Assisted the children while doing their activities in school.

    4. Attended the Day care parent meeting.

    5. Assisted the children while having the feeding time.

    6. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom.

    7.Assisted the children going to the health center to know the height and weight of every child.
