I have great leadership qualities and I like to control situations.

I can work under high pressure


situations.

I generally overthink situations. I get jealous easily.

I am a good learner. I like to understand the concepts deeply and thoroughly. I can convert my
theoretical knowledge to practical implementation.

Trident is undoubtedly one of the best in this business. Since I am a fresher and I want to enhance
my skills and knowledge. For that I need a platform and I think Trident is a great opportunity.

Currently, I am a student and I am not working anywhere.

The idea of my capstone project is regenerative dampers was proposed by me and I was the overall
technical coordinator(OTC) of our university’s annual technical fest. So, I proposed many creative
ideas to my team members.

Loyalty is a two-way street. If you are loyal to me, I am also loyal to you.

Goals are basically dreams with deadlines.

They should be motivated and appreciated as failure grows into success.

I once had to work with a few chemical engineers who were planning to build a chem-e-car.
Although, I was recruited for the chassis work, I had to learn the chemical engineering aspects and
we came second in the competition.

It was in the second year when we participated in the mega ATV championship. Although we were
promised for funds from the university but that didn’t happen. So, we took it upon ourselves and
built the ATV from scratch without any help from the university in the technical and financial
department.

As I mentioned earlier, I get jealous easily. So, I raise the bar for myself so that I can match up to the
desired levels.
I like to divide my project into different phases and complete it timely, but if the situation demands
two or three projects at a time, then I am ready to do that also.

I don’t give importance to others’ criticism towards me. Rather, I take it in a positive way and try to
learn from it.

Appreciation and timely feedback.

I have faced difficult situations when I was in the X standard, as my parents forced me to take the
commerce field, but my heart was in the technical field. It was a very difficult situation for me to go
against their will.

I give negative feedback to someone with a hidden motive.

As aforementioned, I am a student and I have not worked anywhere. Thus I haven’t experienced
such situations.

When I was the overall technical coordinator of my university’s annual technical fest, I was forced to
give the award to a non-deserving candidate because of the management pressure.
