Good morning, everyone! Good morning, ma’am.

Alright, how are you?


Student’s answer: We are fine ma’am.
That’s nice to hear!

Before we will proceed to your performance, may I


check your attendance

Class Secretary: None, ma’am.
Very good, you are all present today!

What did you create yesterday?


Student’s answer: We created a Poster Slogan ma’am.

B. Acquire

Today, you are going to continue your performance


task in Health.

Again, in this activity I will assess your deeper


knowledge and understanding of the topics that we
had discussed last meeting.

Yesterday, you created a Poster Slogan. You draw


and choose from the 4 Common Areas of Stressors
which are the Family, School, Peers and
Community. Am I correct?
Student’s answer: Yes, ma’am.
I also told you to write your pen name at the lower
left of your coupon bond because randomly, using
the wheel of names it will select a reader to read
your outputs. It is what we called “Sharing”. Did
you follow my instructions?

Student’s answer: Yes, ma’am.


Again, I will be using a rubric for your performance,
no performance task it means 65% of your grade.

C. Apply, Practice, Formative Assessment

Now, using the wheel of names. Once your name


will be selected, kindly get the chosen output to me
then proceed in front to read the content of that
Poster Slogan. Before reading the content, tell the
Pen name first of that output in order for me to
recognize who owns that performance task.
