Today, Our topic is all about the Tinikling (Figure 1-2) As such
you are all expected to:

Ma’am because tinikling involves continuous and
energetic movements, includes hopping, stepping
and jumping that elevate the heart rate and require
sustained effort.

Directions: Group yourselves into five groups, Please count off.
Each group will execute the two figures in tinikling dance. I will
give you 10 minutes to practice.
