Name the different types of physical activity? 1. Endurance

2. Strength

4. Flexibility
Yes very good. There are four types of
physical activity based on the
components of physical fitness.

The ability of the body to continue despite fatigue

One, is Endurance. Can you give the meaning?
or difficult conditions.
Yes , very good. The stamina to perform physical activities
for longer periods of time can be improved by exercise and
increasing the amount of activity. This will result in
developing stronger muscles, reducing body fat, and lessening
the risk of developing diabetes or high blood pressure.

What else? “Strength, Balance and flexibility.

Very good ! It seems like you are really

listening to the discussion.

So ,What is Strength? is any activity that makes your

muscles work harder than usual. This increases your
muscles' strength, size, power and endurance. The
activities involve using your body weight or working
against a resistance.

While Balance is the ability to stay in equilibrium in relation to

changes in body composition and the last is flexibility refers to
the ability of muscles, joints, and soft tissues to move
through an unrestricted, pain-free range of motion. It
involves the capacity of these structures to stretch, lengthen,
and contract without limitations, allowing for smooth and
efficient movement.
