Mr. Pauchano,

Last April 2022, I have given you a total amount of Eight Thousand and Five Hundred
Pesos (8,500.00PhP) when you offered your services to me as I was needing someone to
facilitate the electrical connection of my abode to the Guimaras Electric Cooperative
(GUIMELCO). Given that you already have history of servicing within our family, I have
fully trusted that you will accomplish the transaction that we have agreed upon. A year had
passed and you weren’t able to deliver. I have followed up to you several times, but, you
always prepare your alibi and abused the fact that I was assigned far from home to elude from
your obligations to me. You misrepresented your intentions and inhibitions to me in order to
take my money fraudulently.

Anent to this, I am demanding that you returned the said amount to me at this instance or I
shall pursue legal – both criminal and administrative suits against you.

In the event that you won’t be able to return my money TODAY, APRIL 24, 2023, I am
giving you an option to surrender a collateral ample to the said amount and fulfill your
obligation ON or BEFORE MAY 31, 2023. Failure to do so will result to a legal
repercussion.

I am expecting your cooperation and I am furnishing the Brgy. Council of your residence of
this letter for records purposes.

PROMISORY NOTE

I, FRANCES N. PAUCHANO, married, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Old

Poblacion, Buenavista, Guimaras, do hereby agree and promise to settle the above-mentioned
liability that I owe from PSSg Herbert C. Biñas Jr. on or before May 31, 2023. If I fail to do
so, I hereby admit ALL legal repercussions he might take against me.
