I feel honoured by your presence at this project commissioning. It is indeed a privilege to welcome
you.

The university road project being inaugurated today is amongst the very many infrastructural
development delivered across various Federal Government institutions across the country. This
reconstructed road aimed at ameliorating the suffering of students, and improve the quality of
education impacted by the quality of infrastructure and learning environment. The government is
determined to put in the necessary infrastructure for the good of students and workers.

Today’s ceremony is a further confirmation of the transformational goals and policies of the
government at the centre. We believe this project will renew hope and trust for the people. The
people should ensure the road is properly utilized and maintained.
