ROSARY HEIGHTS 2, COTABATO CITY HEL AT THE OFFFICE OF THE LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA ON
April 16,2022 AT 1:30 IN THE AFTERNOON.

AGENDA: 1. Update the Status of Lupon Member

2. Lupon Accomplishments for March, 2022

PRESIDER: Christopher Anthony G. Coraza- Punong Barangay & Lupon Chairman

The meeting started at 1:30 in the afternoon with an Opening Prayer from Lupon Wilson Suan. This
followed by the Pambansang Awit and the Awit ng Cotabato. The Presiding Officer acknowledged the
presence of the Lupon Members.

The roll call made by the Lupon Secretary showed the presence of a quorum. Afterwards, the minutes of
last month’s meeting was read by Lupon Secretary. No corrections and clarifications were made to the
previous minutes. Thus, it was approved by the body.

Agenda #1. Update the Status of Lupon Member.

 Hon. Christopher Anthony G. Coraza Punong Barangay/ Lupon Chairman update the
status of Lupon the reason of, other members are inactive the cause of Medications.
Kamlon Aragasi, Francisco Gecosala, Elizabeth Enerio medication of her Husband,
Felix Pascual medication of his wife and Arlene C. Acosta busy on her business.

No other matters were discussed. The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 in the afternoon,
