Is a visual representation in form of pyramid of how different foods and drinks contribute
towars a healthy balanced diet. The food pyramid has 5 levels: fruits, vegetables, grains and
protein. The pyramid shows us the amount of different aliments we need to consume daily
in order to be healthy.

-PROTEINS: 2/3 servings
-DAIRY: 2/3 servings
-FRUIT: ¾ servings
-VEGETABLES: 3/5 servings
-GRAIN: 6/11 servings
-Microbiological hazards-
As is heard today, teenagers tend to buy more food already packaged or prepared because
of the lack of time. This leads to the apperence of moo, bacterias and viruses in the food we
eat and is responsable for many European deaths.
-Salt-
Exceding the salt intake in the daily diet can cause high blood presure, heart
problems,obesity, diabetes or even gastric and colon cancer. In Europe 3,1 million of people
die per year because of consuming too much salt.
-SEDENTARY PERSON-
Fran is 14 years old, he weights 73kg and his height is 1,70 meters tall. He is a student at a
private school where he is not forced to practice P.E. For this reason, he does not play any
sport, instead, he likes to sleep and play videogames with his friend José. Fran suffers from
diabetes tipe 2 but he does not know it, he has had also an attempt of heart attack due to
his unhealthy and repetitive diet. Fran has one cat and lives with his mother in an enormous
house. His personality is empatic, generous and gratefull but he does not have many friends.
-HEALTHY PERSON-
Lucia is 14 years old, her birthday is the 12/03, she is 1.65 meters tall and her
weigh is about 47kg. She studies at a specific private school that have special
schedules so she can pracatice 4 hours of tennis every day, due to this school
she has won already 5 times the national tennis female competition. She also
likes playing voleyball on her free time but she doesn´t compete. She lives with
her parents and she has no siblings but she has a lot of friends. Lucia is a great
person and that is why she is so sociable.
Lucia eat breakst and walk to school when she finish the school she walk back
to her house to eat lunch. Later she practice tennis around 4 hours every day,
next she practise some yoa to strech her muscles. Later she eat dinner and has a
shower depending on she studies or not but this week
