The EVRAA Taekwondo held at Robinson North Abucay

yesterday ,out of may schools or division in any Eastern Visayas .

One of the athletes who injured from her right leg is Mr . Jake Dave

Vistal a 16 years old and from. Catbalogan Division. The opponent

was kick her right leg that can cause that injury and he was out of

the balance those time and that's the reason also for their injured.

After their tournament , Mr. Jake Dave Vistak was

experiencing a cramps and hurt their rights leg ,that cause from

their injury and he cannot walk easily and their teammates was

easily help him to the rescue or to get help from the medics.

Mr. Jake Dave Vistal from Catbalogan was suffering and

crying it because the right leg was very hurtful and they cannot

walk easily to their teammates and speaking their teammates , they

help Mr. Jake Dave to carry out to the wheel chair to become good

condition and feel free from suffer injury.

I can conclude that we should prevent ourselves from any kind of

injury , even we are in a tournament specially even you are a black

belter, it's doesn't mean that you're not experience from any kind of

injuries. We also care our ourselves even we are lost or won the

competition or tournament but must to be safe and enjoy the game.

When the team Catbalogan Division was run to the medics,

that one of the student athletes is needed to be rescue,. the

medics was easily respond them and they are already the materials

or equipment for medication to the injured student athletes.

One of the medics, was not satisfied to put the ice , so they

get more ice from the bucket and put also the bandage to the right

side of Mr. Jake Dave Vistal. Who suffered from the right leg

cramps and injured .

I observed the medics, they have the secretary, they wrote

the record about who was the injured student athletes. Those

information are must, just for instance Name, Age, Kind of injuries,

Place, etc .

The medics are also active, for their responsibility yesterday

but i observed aiso they are ready abd equipment from the

materials and others. Aside from that their uniform also are light

color . They besides the tournament place or center. Because it

easily to rescue the students athletes who injured.

My experiential learning from EVRAA TAEKWONDO 2023

yesterday. I honestly i was nervous during the tournament play,

because most of all the students athletes they are energetic,

powerful, in terms in any kind of kicks and others strategies.

They started at 1:30 pm @ Robinson North Abucay, we the

BPED 3B, and other sections was waiting for the student athletes

who was experiencing injured. And o think we're im excited or

cannot explain myself that this competition or tournament not easy

for them to get win from many divisions or schools.

I observed also that others school or division during the

tournament they have a yeal and louder their voice to support their

teammates and i think that's was i get also shock and nervous

because I'm not used to it or not familiar.

I think we should be ready for what i had experienced yesterday,

to get the information from medics and the students athletes.

Because we try to get the interview but , we are not to be agree

and get the information from the injured student but i honestly

there's was one of medics who help me abd others classmates and

we should thankful enough.
