Newspaper is our window to the Nation and the World. It offers many vistas and provides an opportunity to
observe the happenings of our immediate society as well as of the world. Newspaper in Education helps to
foster reading habits amongst students, provides them with a platform to express their ideas on various issues
of importance and express them to a variety of learning sessions and activities, which are organized from time
to time.
It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that to inculcate the habit of reading newspaper, the school
management has decided to start the student edition of Hindustan Times Newspaper. The students will receive
their own student Centric Edition of the paper throughout the year and are benefitted tremendously as they are
exposed to various activities, skills and visits. It also comprises of various writing skills tasks as per syllabus of
English Language. Hence, it is very useful for the students to apprise themselves of the latest content and the
format. Please note that the content from the newspaper also forms a part of various examinations and
assessments to be held throughout the year.
The Hindustan Times - PACE program not only promotes reading & writing but also provides many workshops,
virtual tours, scholarship programs, movie session and Inter School competitions etc. to provide a platform for
fun filled learning.
The ongoing year promises to abound in multifaceted activities which will make learning wholesome. You are
requested to enroll your child for this program by paying the subscription of Rs. 400/- by 17th April, 2023 and
filling the consent form appended below.
