My Impression

PE 1 Physical Fitness and Health is very crucial since it is a

subject that focuses on the enhancement and improvement of

physical activity in us, young people, and students. In my

perspective as a student, having Physical Education classes

enhance and develop my physical abilities as it changes and

rebuilds the educational system.

As I watched the video entitled “PE 1 Physical Fitness and

Health”, I was impressed and amazed by the fact that Dr. Carlou G. Bernaldez authored the Physical Fitness and Health

book himself. The video was well-discussed, and the information provided were delivered clearly. I learned a lot and it

enlightened me into so many aspects of the subject. In addition, it was very helpful for us, students, since I was able to

explore the course overview, lessons and the objectives of PE 1 Physical Fitness and Health. It also includes interactive

and recreational activities in which we could present and share insights, important learning experiences, practice, and

apply our knowledge after the discussed topic. After I watched the video, my comprehension of the lessons became

excellent, and I will apply what I’ve learned from this video to my PE activities in the future. I did not just enjoy the

video; I also learned a lot from it.

There were a lot of lessons in the video that help me learn and enhance my learning experiences and

opportunities while learning online with our PE 1 instructors. I am beyond grateful that I was able to watch the video

and had the idea, glimpse, and overview of the lessons that will be discussed in the future.
