Minutes of the Homeroom PTA Meeting dated June 20, 2018
Meeting started at 1:30 in the afternoon.

 Parents were oriented on the roles and responsibilities of the Homeroom PTA Officers
prior to the election of officers
 The adviser opened the table for nomination of HRPTA President. Mrs. Arlene
Siguenza was nominated and become president as she was unanimously chosen. She
then presided the meeting and completed the conduct of nomination and election of
the remaining positions.

 Mrs. Siguenza have opened the opportunity to support the school, particularly the
Kindergarten of its plans and programs and asked the parents and guardians of
possible project to be donated. Parents brought up the need for the repair of
kindergarten tables as some tables are already infested with termites and is no longer
fit for use of the kindergarten learners. One parent also suggested the repainting and
clean-up of the kindergarten classroom. Purchase of electric fan was also raised.

Agreement/s:
It was agreed by the parents present that each parent member of kindergarten will
contribute Php 100.00 for the repainting and repair of class tables. It was also agreed that
the deadline of collection is on June 22, 2018. The rabus for the clean-up and repainting
of tables will be done on June 24, 2018 in support to Brigada Eskwela Validation.
The Homeroom PTA Treasurer will collect and purchase the said project.
Meeting adjourned at 3:30 in the afternoon.

“Resolution Approving the Collection of One Hundred Pesos per Member of

Kindergarten Homeroom PTA Association to Fund the HRPTA Repair and Repainting
Project in Support to School Improvement and Annual Implementation Plan”
WHEREAS, we the parents of the Kindergarten HRPTA would like to support the
school’s improvement plan in terms of provision of access to safe, child-friendly, and
motivating learning environment;
WHEREAS, the parents have seen the need to repair and repaint the tables of
kindergarten that is alreaded infested with termites and to bring back aesthetic appearance of
the classroom through repainting;
WHEREAS, the parents had deliberated on the pro’s and cons of the said project and
have voluntarily committed to support both financial and manpower services to address the
established need;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Analyn Labro and seconded unanimously;
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that a voluntarily

contribution of One hundred two pesos (Php102.00) per parent-member shall be collected on
or before June 24, 2018 to purchase the materials for the project.

BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that collections of
voluntary contributions will be handled by the Kindergarten HRPTA Treasurer and that
preparation of Report of Expenses, duly signed by the HRPTA Auditor and President, shall
be coordinated with and properly reported to the Kindergarten HRPTA members;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this Resolution is furnished to School
