Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

Today marks the 16th anniversary of our company,

Blue Birds.

I am proud of the people and as well as myself who have been part of this company for
the past few decades. There were good as well as bad days. But we have been able to
overcome all difficulties with each other’s help.

This company has taught us valuable life lessons. Things like punctuality, trust,
perfection, unity, these things are essential in life and the growth of our company. I have
seen many of you make mistakes, and sometimes I have scolded you for them.
However, I am happy that all of you work diligently and never give up.

The company and everyone present mean a lot to me. A lot of effort and determination
has gone into establishing the company. I feel like there has never been a dull moment
since the creation of this beautiful environment. Every day I feel blessed to have
something that I have created, and I am proud of.

I am also thankful to every staff and drivers, no matter what job you have at this
company. All of you are equally important to me. I promise to protect you and this
institution for as long as I can. Hopefully, we can continue to help people through our
work and spread positiveness.

May we continue to bloom and blossom and help each other out through the process.
For this company and the people working for it are like a second family to me. Let us
dream that the next few years would be fruitful and bring everyone eternal bliss and
happiness.
