“Good morning, everyone.

My name is Alvin Rusli and in this oppurtunity I’d like

to talk to you about the impact of technology in education. Okay, so my talk will
be divided into 4 sections; the first is technology advance. And second, we’ll learn
about technological developments. Third is positive effect of technology in
education and last is negative effect of technology in eduaction.
Okay, let’s move on to the first section, technology advance. Every innovation is
created to provide convenience for human life. As well as a new way of carrying
out human activities, especially in the field of technology. However, we must
know, even though it was created to produce positive benefits, on the other hand
it is also possible to use it for negative things. So, be wise in using technology.
Next section is technological developments. Every day we often encounter the
use of technological developments in the world of education. The application of
technology in learning activities is marked by the presence of e-learning which has
facilitated changes in learning delivered through all electronic media such as:
audio/video, interactive TV, (CD), and the internet. As is often done by teachers or
lecturers, namely combining technological tools in the learning process.
