The traits and skills from the personality test that will benefit me with my career plan are the
abilities to stay focused when working on a task, being innovative, being creative and having a sense
of integrity and sincerity. Some jobs that my personality type recommended, ENFJ, were teaching,
social work and healthcare. This is interesting because those are all the jobs I want to do. I want to
become a teacher or work in a juvenile detention centre. I feel like these are very accurate to my
personality because I am a very hardworking person and I have always excelled in teaching people
things. I have been a coach and it distinctly says in the description of my personality, people with an
ENFJ personality are teachers and sensible coaches. I feel like this is accurate to my personality
because I also am a very selfless person in my relationships and jobs, at times this can be a bad thing.
At my job, sometimes, I can take on a larger work load to benefit the team but at what expense. This
puts a lot of pressure on me because it pushes me to do better but sometimes I am unable to complete
the tasks asked of me. Furthermore I believe that the test depicted an accurate example of my
personality as I relate with many of the aspects conversed about.
