BOD REPORT

pagtutulungan habang may pandemya.”

MANAGEMENT REPORT

Sa taong 2022, ang tema ng FAVMPCO ay “Panatilihing Matatag ang Kooperatiba Sa Panahong May Pandemya:
MAGKAISA, MAGTULUNGAN, MAGSAMA-SAMA”.

orientation, general assembly, oath taking of officers, pagdalaw sa orphanage, soup kitchen, FAVMPCO anniversary, medical mission,
eye checkup, libreng gupit, pedicure, manicure, Strategic Planning, Christmas party at iba pa. (Tingnan ang detalye sa susunod na
mga pahina).

Ang FAVMPCO ay sumusuporta sa mga gawain at gampanin ng National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima. Noong nakaraang

in their level and need not reach the Committee. We only have to gently remind everyone of our conduct becoming of a responsible
FAVMPCO member.

We also revive the use of suggestion box to have a more informed and better-connected group of members who might even

(GAD) GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2022

At the onset of the pandemic, Gender and Development Committee had limited mobility due to protocols that has to be

livelihood training program that is most appropriate for the both men and women. Then organize a training/seminar for members and
non-members in collaboration with the Technical Education Skills and Development (TESDA). Its main objective is to have
sustainable income and food security for every family. The trainer demonstrated the techniques of urban gardening, organic fertilizer
making, dishwashing and fabric conditioner making. It was attended by 10 males and 43 females in two days session.

Fatima and promote the First Saturday Devotion.

All these activities were made possible because of the collegial support of the officers and management. In our 21 st year

The committee would like emphasize that during the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022), collection of overdue
remittances of members who loaned became challenging. Loss of jobs that eventually caused many members dwindling financial
capacity was the primary reason for the said difficulty. The Committee, nonetheless, consistently reminded the members of their loan
obligations. Such efforts, consequently, created a significant improvement in the collection of loan payments from the third quarter of
2022 up to the present time.

Currently, the committee hopes to gradually collect the overdue payments from the members, as the global recovery period of the
pandemic is underway.
