BUDDIES GROUP
PREAMBLE
We, the BUDDIES GROUP, seeking for the Divine Aid of the God Almighty, in creating an
association that believes in the doctrine of democratic principle; neglecting all activity
towards negative values and attitudes; strengthen the principle and spirit of
brotherhood, camaraderie, peace, discipline, service and equality to the community, do
ordain and promulgate this Constitution and By-law.
ARTICLE I
NAME AND DOMICILE
Section 4 The Motto of the association shall be “BG for Being Good in Service and
Justice” and Adopts the colors Red, Blue and Gold as its official colors.
Ang Motto ng asosasyon ay "BG para sa pagiging Magaling sa Serbisyo
at Hustisya" at Pinagtibay ang mga kulay na Pula, Asul at Kulay Ginto bilang mga
opisyal na kulay nito.
ARTICLE II
BG SEAL
The group adopts its official logo which signifies the following;
Eagle signifies inspiration, release from bondage, victory, longevity and pride
Gold Color indicates success, achievement, triumph and wisdom.
Blue Color symbolizes serenity, stability, inspiration and reliability
Red Color intensifies value of life, health, vigor, courage, love and religious fervor.
Section 1 The BG Association believes in the Almighty love and care and apply his
heavenly truth to mankind.
Ang BG Association ay naniniwala sa pagmamahal at pag-aalaga ng
Makapangyarihang Diyos at inilalapat ang kanyang salita para sa lahat.
Section 2 The association respect and adheres to the Constitution of the Republic of the
Philippines and all other laws that violates human rights promulgated by the duly
constituted authorities. It is a non-political – nonprofit, non-partisan organization;
Iginagalang at sumusunod sa Konstitusyon ng Republika ng Pilipinas at lahat ng
iba pang mga batas na lumalabag sa karapatang pantao. Ito ay isang di-political - hindi
pampanalapi, hindi partisyong samahan;
Section 3 The association believes that the Motto is not just on words but in deeds,
Unity and equality among and between members in order to effectively implement its
program, introduced effectively sustainable development within the community, and
operate as a non- government organization;
Ang asosasyon ay naniniwala na ang Motto ay hindi lamang sa mga salita ngunit
sa mga gawa, Pagkakaisa at pagkakapantay-pantay ng mga kasapi upang mabisang
maipatupad ang programa nito, ipinakilala ang mabisang pagpapanatili sa loob ng
pamayanan, at gumana bilang isang samahang non-government.
Section 2 To preserve peace and unity among all members for mutual support and
benefit;
Upang mapanatili ang kapayapaan at pagkakaisa ng lahat ng mga kasapi para sa
pagsuporta sa isa't isa at benepisyo;
Section 3 To undertake development activities for the general welfare of the members of
the association as a whole;
Upang magsagawa ng mga aktibidad sa pag-unlad para sa pangkalahatang
kapakanan ng mga kasapi ng samahan sa kabuuan;
Section 4 To generate funds for the association in voluntary basis and outside sources
for its activities and programs;
Upang makabuo ng mga pondo para sa samahan sa kusang-loob na batayan at
labas ng mga mapagkukunan para sa mga aktibidad at programa nito;
Section 5 To extend immediate financial, legal and other assistance to the members of
the association.
Upang mapalawak ang agarang pampinansyal, ligal at iba pang tulong sa
mga miyembro ng samahan.
ARTICLE V
MEMBERSHIP
Section 1 General Qualification for Membership.
The Applicants for membership must possess the following qualification:
a. Good standing in the community
b. Must complete the BG Info-sheet
c. Male or Female with the following age requirement; at least 18 years of age
ARTICLE VI
BG EXECUTE BOARD
Section 1 BG Board Officers and Advisers will be the highest officers of the entire
organization. They are the over-all supervisory body. As such, shall formulate policies,
pass laws and resolutions that will help and lead group to successfully achieve its
objectives. It shall be composed of founders who are elected by the Board itself based on
the qualification to handle and carry out the function assigned.
3. Secretaries
a. Keep a complete record or lists of all members and maintain a correct record of all the
minutes of the meetings of the Association;
b. Give notice to all meetings called;
c. Take care and facilitated all communication addressed to the association;
d. Keep records of all books and other properties of the organization;
e. The recommending body of member recruitment;
f. Track all records and any file of the organization.
4. Treasurer
a. He shall be the custodian of all the funds and properties of the Board
b. He shall keep the Financial records and transaction of the board
c. He shall sign the disbursement of fund before the release of fund.
5. Auditor
a. He shall audit and monitor the funds of the board from time to time;
b. He shall certify the financial report that may be submitted to the Board;
c. He shall advice the President on the financial condition of the board and
recommend cost-saving measures;
d. He shall conduct an audit in accordance with the rules and procedures in auditing on
or before the 31st of January of each year
6. Head Advisor/ Senior Advisor/ Junior Advisor/ Other Advisors (Board Members)
a. The governing body of the association are under their area of jurisdiction.
b. They also have the power to en-act rules and can implement policies based on the
approved resolutions among board members and officers
c. Decide on the legality and constitutionality of policies, promulgate rules and
regulations, standards and procedure in cases of deadlock and questions raised on such
issues, as a quasi-judicial body based on sound professional concepts and principle
d. Resolved conflicts of the officers occupying higher positions as forward by lower
bodies.
e. Perform such other duties and functions necessary to help the organization.
ARTICLE VII
FUNDS
Section 1 The funds of the Association shall be derived from monthly dues, voluntary
donations, IGP Income Generating Project and other fund-raising activities.
Ang mga pondo ng Asosasyon ay magmula sa buwanang bayarin, boluntaryong
mga donasyon, IGP Income Generating Project at iba pang mga aktibidad sa pangangalap
ng pondo.
Section 2 No collection shall be made except those stated in By-Laws or those with
prior approval of the board.
Walang koleksyon ang dapat gawin maliban sa mga nakasaad sa By-Laws o mga
may paunang pag-apruba ng lupon.
ARTICLE VIII
DISCIPLINARY SCHEME
Section 1 Any member or officer whose conduct or activities are contrary to the By-
Laws, rules and regulations of the organization shall be subjected to disciplinary action.
All complaints and or cases shall be filed to the board for immediate resolution and or
settlement;
Ang sinumang kasapi o opisyal na ang pag-uugali o mga gawain ay salungat sa
Mga Batas, mga patakaran at regulasyon ng samahan ay sasailalim sa kilos ng disiplina.
Ang lahat ng mga reklamo at o kaso ay dapat isampa sa lupon para sa agarang
resolusyon at o pag-areglo;
Section 2 Any member maybe suspended or expelled under any of the following
grounds:
1. Non-Payment of membership fee, annual or monthly dues and other assessment
for three (3) consecutive months;
2. Nonpayment of fines properly imposed upon him/her;
3. Failure despite notice, to attend without sufficient cause as maybe determined by
the concerned officer for three (3) consecutive meeting s of the association;
4. Other infractions or violation of the Constitution & By-Laws. Rules and Regulation
of the organization, after final determination thereof by the Board.
Section 4 The following penalties may be imposed upon any erring member or officer:
1. Removal & filing of appropriate charges in the proper punishment for serious and
grave offense
2. Suspension for less serious and less grave offense
3. Fine/Admonition/Warning-for light offences
4.100.00 fine for every absence made by the member/officer in every activity or meetings
without valid reason
Ang mga sumusunod na parusa ay maaaring ipataw sa sinumang nagkamali na
miyembro o opisyal:
1. Pagtanggal at pagsampa ng mga naaangkop na singil sa tamang parusa para sa
seryoso at matinding pagkakasala
2. Pagsuspinde para sa hindi gaanong seryoso at hindi gaanong matinding pagkakasala
3. Fine / Admonition / Warning-para sa mga light offense
4.100.00 multa para sa bawat pagliban ng miyembro /opisyal sa bawat aktibidad o
pagpupulong nang walang wastong dahilan
Section 6 Any complaint against any member or officer shall be made in writing and
verified under oath before an officer authorized to administer oath and properly filed.
Anumang reklamo laban sa sinumang kasapi o opisyal ay dapat na isulat at
mapatunayan sa ilalim ng panunumpa sa harap ng isang opisyal na pinahintulutan na
pangasiwaan ang panunumpa at maayos na ihain.
Section 7 The implementing guidelines for the procedures in the investigation and
disposition of administrative complaint against officers and members shall be
promulgated by the Board.
Ang mga patnubay sa pagpapatupad para sa mga pamamaraan sa pagsisiyasat at
pagtatapon ng reklamo sa administratiba laban sa mga opisyal at kasapi ay dapat
ipalabas ng Lupon.
Section 8 Any officer whose duties and responsibilities does not met the standards,
condemned by at least 75% of officers and boards as incapable can be subjected to
removal or transfer of position.
Ang sinumang opisyal na ang mga tungkulin at responsibilidad ay hindi nakamit
ang mga pamantayan, na hinatulan ng hindi bababa sa 75% ng mga opisyal at lupon na
walang kakayahan ay maaaring mapailalim sa pagtanggal o paglipat ng posisyon.
