    Dear Mr. Sobretodo,

    I am writing to inform of my intention to resign as Staff Nurse in CAPA – SETE Hospital, effective two
    weeks from today, December 16, 2022.
    My resignation is not of intention but a necessity, because I had been busy lately that I have to endure a
    dilemma between my career and my family, which made me decide of what to prioritize.
    I will appreciate and forever be in debt with CAPA – SETE Hospital for the opportunities that it gave me
    during my stay. Please let me know what I can offer as I transition out of my current role during the next
    two weeks. I hope we can stay in touch going forward.
