A NARRATIVE REPORT ON GROUND CLEANING

Kapatungan National High School started a Ground Cleaning Campaign to ensure a clean
environment, pollution-free surrounds, and to promote and embrace an ecologically friendly
school with a support of the Principal of the school Mrs. Rowena O. Angwas together with
Teachers, Parents, Students, Barangay Council of Kapatungan, Trento, Agusan del Sur and
Government officials with their colleagues. The Ground Cleaning headed by the Coordinator, Mr.
Jonathan Miguel was successfully done on August 1-26, 2022.

The Ground Cleaning was introduced to the Teachers, Parents, Students, Barangay Council
of Kapatungan, Trento, Agusan del Sur and Government officials with their colleagues and
encourage adoption of practices like recycling or segregating that can have a profound effect on
waste management in the community and school. A ground cleaning can also bring about the
sense of responsibility to keep our school and common areas safe and clean. Visible results might
lead to a heightened interest and involvement among community members in preserving the
environment.

The aforementioned action effectively illustrates the value of collaboration in building a

supportive learning environment for students and the community.
