Mirroring Therapy:
1.) Face in front of the mirror and act out your emotional reactions on the
following scenarios or aspects of your personality:
Answer: I am in doubt about my appearance and in such cases might even find myself
“ugly”
Answer: These is the people I want they help me grow and strive harder.
Answer: I am very happy of what I can do academically, for me failing is not actually failing,
you already won when you tried, and that’s what is important, try and try until you
succeed.
Answer: Living with family makes me feel cautious about my academic performance.
Answer: i do not believe in religions, but I do believe that there is a creator, which is God
who I very much love.
Answer: Pursing someone I really care about and very much helps me grow on every aspect
of me.
Answer: They say I tend to exaggerate my feelings and I am too sensitive, I am trying my
best to face the difficulties.
Mirroring Therapy:
1.) How do you Feel about the activity?
Answer: I feel like things lighten up a bit, its not too much but a “bit” is still a progress”
Answer: It’s hard for me, because I do not often talk about what I feel and I often cry when I
do.
3.) Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios in
your life and aspects of your personality? How?
Answer: I am both happy and sad when mirroring, its when core memories formed then
crashed down by bad ones that I want to forget, but I can’t.
Answer: My weakness and strength are Sanity which is strength, and insanity is weakness,
I am afraid I am struggling to comprehend reality from fantasy, but I know someday I will
overcome it and my fantasy will become a reality.
