I am writing to you in regard to the recent delivery of my order PLMAA16157522118. I am


writing to express my disappointment as I have received my order much later than the
estimated delivery date. I am writing this adjustment letter to discuss the issue and request
compensation for the delay.
I understand that the delay may have been due to unforeseen circumstances, but it has caused
inconvenience to me as I had to make other arrangements for the products that I was
expecting to receive on time. I believe that as a customer, I deserve to receive my order on
time and in good condition.
Therefore, I request that you kindly take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do
not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could compensate me for the
inconvenience caused by the delay. I suggest either a partial refund or a discount on my next
order.
I hope that this issue can be resolved soon, and I look forward to hearing back from you
regarding my request.
