Planning for theoretical Problems

Problems I may encounter when researching How I plan to resolve
and planning
. I may lose documents due to accidently . I will make sure and create backups by
unplugging the USB or not saving correctly. downloading on my computer as well.

. I could lose track of time and not have . I will leave time to go back and look at
enough time to complete tasks that I have to anything I have done to make sure it is
complete. done.

. I also may change my idea a lot from some . I will gradually change the idea and
research and surveys and have to re link it to research the different changes that could
my final piece. happen

Planning for practical and technical problems

Practical and technical problems I may How I plan to resolve
encounter
. I may use wrong settings for the camera . plan for reshoots as well as double check
and it looks bad with a test shoot.

. I could forget to turn on the mic and have . also plan for a re shoot and write down
no audio recorded. what I need to do before the interview.

. I could have a problem with the weather . Have backup interviews and keep checking
when I want to film outside as well as that the interviews I have are still available
interviews cancelling. so ill have more time to plan if I need to re
schedule
. My style could change accidentally as well
as having a poor edit. . I will ask piers if they see a similarity in
style as well as learn how to edit in the way
that I would like
Mid Project check-up (After Research and planning)
The problems I faced during research and planning were:

. I didn’t finish my final script, I had 3 drafts and left it too late to complete since I had to
change it from the feedback I had been given from surveys and had parts of it completed
such as the questions however didn’t get round to completing the entire thing so I will have
to go back and re type it out.

. I also left it too late to fully analyse what I wanted my production however I did know
what it was going to look like but did not upload it, I will have to go back and also
complete this.

. I also forgot to complete my target audience because I had an idea what it was for
however did not have a specific
Problem Solving

End of project review

I did not leave enough time to complete tasks, I left unfinished work to complete such as
test shoots, I forgot to do test shoots since one of the locations was rather far away and was
only able to go there once so I completed the interview and didn’t shoot the test shoots.
