1. Why do we need to assess our learners?


We need to assess our learners for us teacher to know their strength and
weaknesses. We need to keep recording their progress. By this, we will know what have
they learned or if they can follow the lesson. It is important for us teachers to assess our
learners so that we will know how to be flexible.

2. What is the importance of curriculum and classroom modification learners with


additional needs?
Curriculum and classroom modification is important for learners with additional
needs because it helps full advantage of the learning activities, routines and materials in
your classroom, or in any learning environment. These modification can been helpful to any
children who is struggling to participate.

3. In 500 words, explain this famous saying, “If a child can’t learn in the way we teach,
we must teach in a way the child can learn.”
In the famous saying “If a child can’t learn in the way we teach, we must teach in a
way the child can learn. This means that every child is needs different way of teaching and
learning. They have different capabilities and different interventions they needed. There are
children who cant hear, can’t see. can’t understand words. So, wee need to cater them in
different way. We can’t teach hearing Impaired children with only our mouth. We can’t let
children with visual impaired the way you teach the hearing impaired student. This who
that we need to feed them knowledge in different way. We need to adjust for them to learn
something from you. We need to assess them for us to know what the best way to cater
them. We need to teach children the way they can learn.
