1. Give some of the reasons why leadership is needed in the profession of
physical education.

ANSWER:
Leadership plays a vital and specific role in any organization to ensure the profession’s
continued growth and vitality. In simple terms, leadership can be described as a
person’s ability to lead and the capacity to constructively influence others' lives and
behaviors. In the field of academics specifically in Physical education and Sport, it is
essential to have one or more than one leader to achieve their specified goal and to
guide all the members and educators to work in an efficient and productive manner.
Just imagine an organization without a leader, the people involved get lost, chaos will
occur, and members of the organization will be in trouble.

2. Write a journal about your own "learning and feelings". Are you prepared and
ready to assume your role as a future leader of MAPEH or PE? Why do you say
so? Why not?

ANSWER:
Despite how I felt, I will never forget the ups and downs of my first 3years of teaching
face-to-face and another 2 years in the distance learning modality. There are so many
lessons I learned from my rich experience doing my role as a teacher and completing
the task of every ancillary that was given to me. Definitely, I learned a lot of lessons
from my first year of teaching that have influenced the kind of educator I am right now.
However, over the years, I learned a ton of valuable lessons that I believe a key to
becoming a successful leader of Physical education and Sports.
