Show or scan your Traveloka voucher on your mobile phone at the receptionist.
Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.

In front of a staff member, open the Traveloka app and go to the My Booking page.
Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem".
Select the voucher(s) that you would like to redeem, then swipe the button at the bottom of the page.
Please ensure that vouchers are swiped in front of the staff. Vouchers that have been previously swiped will no
longer be valid for redemption.
If you are not connected to the internet:
Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem" to view the voucher's QR code.
Show the QR code to the staff.

COVID-19 Protocol: Visitors are required to wear masks or face shields, have normal body temperature (< 37,5
°C), use hand sanitizer or disinfectant, avoid crowding, keep a minimum distance of 1 meter from other visitors.
Visitors who do not meet the above requirements are prohibited from entering and are advised to visit on
another day.
This voucher is valid on Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays and the high season period.
This ticket applies to children aged 0 ‒ 12 years old.
Children below 1-year-old may enter free of charge, but the guardian must purchase a ticket.
Guardians must be at least 17 years old.
Fanpekka reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who are unable to present a valid ID.
Price includes tax.
The ticket is valid for 1 child and 1 guardian.
All visitors must wear socks. If you don't bring your own socks, you can buy directly at the cashier of the play
area.
It is prohibited to wear sharp accessories while playing.
It is prohibited to bring foods and drinks inside the playground (there's a rest area inside the playground).
