(PE 1 and 2 – Innovative)

Carrying the theme “Around the World”, students were focused on many different subthemes, such as continents, foods, typical
animals, traditional costumes, landmarks, and dances. They learned about seven continents (Asia, North America, South America,
Africa, Europe, Australia, and Antarctica), foods (blini, meat pie, pizza, pasta, sushi, sashimi, samosa, kimchi, bibimbap, pad thai,
noodles, bun, mango sticky rice, tteokbokki, bitterballen, tortilla de patatas, fufu, purple tea, jalebi, gado-gado, rendang, and
pempek), typical animals (pandas, kangaroos, koalas, sloths, Tasmanian devils, ostriches, komodo dragons, pangolins, anoas, and
anteaters), traditional costumes (kimono, saree, batik, kilts, cheongsam, klederdracht, chut thai, Indian apache, huipil, tracht, and
hanbok), landmarks (the National Monument in Indonesia, the Borobudur Temple, the Berlin Wall, the Great Wall of China, the
Eiffel Tower, the Pisa, the Colosseum, the Opera House, the Liberty, Christ the Redeemer, the Moscow Kremlin, the Pyramid, the
Taj Mahal, the Grand Palace, and the Big Ben), and dances (samba, kabuki, ballet, flamenco, break dance, belly dance, tango, salsa,
bhangra, Bollywood dance, kecak dance, jaipong dance, and piring dance).

During this term, Lisa Husiana showed great understanding of the subject taught so far. She was
able to mention the seven continents based on categories, landmarks (the Eiffel Tower and the
Pisa), and traditional clothes (hanbok and kimono) shown on the theme board in the classroom.
She always encourages her classmates to listen carefully during the class session and works very
well with commendable efforts to finish the assignments given.

3 Very Good During this term, Lisa Husiana was able to mention the seven continents and some landmarks, such
as the Eiffel Tower and the Pyramid. She often encourages her classmates to listen
carefully during the class session and worked well with commendable efforts to finish the
assignments given. 

2 Fair to Good During this term, Lisa Husiana showed great understanding of the subject taught so far. She was
able to mention the seven continents learned. She worked reasonably well with efforts to finish
the assignments given and sometimes encourages classmates to listen carefully.
1 Need Practice During this term, Lisa Husiana was able to mention some of the landmarks, such as the Eiffel
Tower and the Pyramid. However, she would perform better if she was able to mention the seven
continents learned. She seldom encourages classmates to listen carefully despite some good
work produced. She could have worked well with more efforts.
